Invisible to Brave Support

Invisible to Brave is a calm social-confidence practice app for teens 13+. The app helps teens practice small social steps, use conversation scripts, check in before and after Micro-Dares, save reflections, and access support cards for common social moments.

Invisible to Brave is not a crisis service. The app does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, mental health care, or emergency support.
